I help people and organisations uncover insights through deep listening. Whether it's a one-on-one interview, a desk research project, or a collaborative workshop, my work always starts from the same place: paying close attention to what people actually think, feel, and do.

With over a decade of experience across business, academia, and creative fields — and fluency in both English and Japanese — I bring a cross-cultural perspective to every project. Based in the Netherlands since 2020, I work with clients across Europe and Japan on topics ranging from sustainability and food systems to urban development and emerging technology.
